UBS raised the firm’s price target on National Beverage (FIZZ) to $45 from $42 and keeps a Sell rating on the shares. National Beverage’s Q4 top line was better than feared, but margins are likely to be more challenged, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS is encouraged by management’s commentary that volume performance has remained solid quarter-to-date, but thinks investors will likely take a wait and see approach and look for more concrete signs in the data that a sustained inflection is taking shape.
