National Bank downgraded Constellation Software (CNSWF) to Sector Perform from Outperform with a price target of C$4,500, down from C$5,500, following the resignation of founder Mark Leonard for health reasons. No other executive on the management team “will carry the same cachet” as Leonard, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
