JPMorgan analyst Jay Kwon upgraded Nanya Technology (NNYAF) to Neutral from Underweight with a price target of NT$46.50, up from NT$20. The firm says its shorter legacy memory down-cycle thesis is materializing, creating a positive pricing reaction for the legacy memory cycle. As a result, JPMorgan sees the risk/reward for the overall memory space turning incrementally positive.
