NaaS receives late filing non-compliance notice from Nasdaq

NaaS (NAAS) received a Notice of Non-Compliance from Nasdaq on May 20 due to the late filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for fiscal year 2024. This notification has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of NaaS’s securities on Nasdaq. The company has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit a compliance plan.
