Myers Industries (MYE) announced on April 2, 2025, that Grant Fitz, the company’s Executive Vice President and CFO, has submitted his resignation, effective May 2, 2025. To help ensure a smooth transition, Fitz will remain in his current role until his departure date, working closely with Daniel Hoehn, Vice President and Corporate Controller. Hoehn will serve in an interim role until a permanent CFO is named. The company has already launched a formal search to identify candidates. These leadership changes are not the result of any matters relating to the company’s accounting practices or financial statements. “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Grant for his numerous contributions to the enterprise. He has been a key leader of our finance team, and I am grateful for his dedication, including his commitment to ensure a smooth transition, and wish him well going forward,” said Aaron Schapper, President and CEO.
