Myers Industries appoints Kari Brashear as CLO

Myers Industries (MYE) announced that Kari Brashear has been appointed Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and SVP of Business Development, effective Dec. 1, 2025. She will report to Aaron Schapper, Myers’ President and CEO, and serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team. In this expanded leadership role, Ms. Brashear will oversee Myers’ legal, compliance, and governance functions while driving the company’s business development strategy. Ms. Brashear brings nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning global manufacturing, agribusiness, and industrial supply-chain sectors. She joins Myers from Scoular, where she served as SVP, CLO and Corporate Secretary.
