In pre-market trading, S&P 500 futures rose 0.10%, Nasdaq futures rose 0.27% and Dow futures rose 0.03%.

- CNH Industrial (CNH) – down 1% after JPMorgan cut its recommendation on the shares to Underweight, citing an agricultural equipment industry outlook from Deere (DE)
- Tilray Brands (TLRY) – down 14% after the cannabis company announced that it will implement a one-for-ten reverse stock split
