• Kellanova (K) up 19% after Reuters reported Mars is exploring a potential acquisition of the company

DOWN AFTER EARNINGS –

• Axsome Therapeutics (AXSM) down 9%
• Alpha Metallurgical (AMR) down 7%
• Tyson Foods (TSN) down 2%

LOWER –

• Nvidia (NVDA) down 13% after The Information reported the company’s upcoming artificial intelligence chips will be delayed by three months or more due to design flaws
• Apple (AAPL) down 9% after Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A) reduced its stake in the company by almost 50% to 400M shares in the quarter
