Citadel Securities acquired Morgan Stanley’s (MS) on-exchange options business and took on a large portfolio of equity options positions, Katherine Doherty of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The deal includes specialist posts at the Cboe, Nasdaq, NYSE and MIAX, sources told Bloomberg. The total purchase price couldn’t be learned.
