BofA analyst Ebrahim Poonawala raised the firm’s price target on Morgan Stanley (MS) to $225 from $220 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Management messaging during the earnings call on business momentum, client sentiment and its assessment of the private credit space were “reassuring and should increase investor confidence in the resiliency of the EPS growth and ROTCE outlooks,” says the analyst, who raised the firm’s FY26, FY27 and FY28 EPS forecast by about 3% on a stronger revenue growth outlook.
