Monolithic Power (MPWR) announced that Bernie Blegen will retire from his position as CFO effective following the issuance of MPS’s 2025 annual report on Form 10-K. Blegen will remain with MPS after his retirement to ensure a transition with his eventual successor. Effective upon Blegen’s retirement, MPS’s current corporate controller Rob Dean will serve as interim CFO. Dean has been MPS’s corporate controller for nine years.
