Modiv increases annual dividend 3c to $1.20 per share

Modiv (MDV) has approved a 3c increase in the annual distribution rate resulting in an annual dividend of $1.20 per share payable to common shareholders of record as of January 30, 2026, February 27, 2026 and March 31, 2026, which will be paid on or about February 13, 2026, March 13, 2026 and April 15, 2026, respectively. The current monthly distribution amount of 10c per share represents an annualized distribution rate of $1.20 per share of common stock
