Modiv (MDV) CEO Aaron Halfacre announced that CFO Ray Pacini is resigning following the filing of the 2025 10-K in March to enjoy more time with his family. Effective following the filing of the 10-K, Pacini will remain with the company as an EVP and will transition into a supporting role for the next year. John Raney, who will retain his General Counsel duties, will become CFO following the filing of the 10-K, and Modiv’s Board of Directors has approved that appointment.
