Mobix Labs announces common stock offering, no amount given

Mobix Labs (MOBX) announced that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock in a public offering. All of the securities to be sold in the offering are to be sold by the company. Mobix Labs intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. D. Boral Capital is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
