Miniso announces 28.96c per ADS interim dividend

The vompany’s board of directors approved the distribution of an interim cash dividend in the amount of 28.96c per ADS or 7.24c per ordinary share, to holders of ADSs and ordinary shares of record as of the close of business on September 5, 2025, New York Time and Beijing/Hong Kong Time, respectively. The ex-dividend date for the holders of ordinary shares in Hong Kong will be September 4 and the ex-dividend date for holders of ADSs will be September 5. The payment date is expected to be September 16 for holders of ordinary shares and September 19 for holders of ADSs. The aggregate amount of cash dividend to be paid is approximately $89.3M, which is approximately 50% of the company’s adjusted net profit for the first half of 2025 and will be distributed from additional paid-in capital and settled by a cash distribution.
