MicroVision (MVIS) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Glen W. DeVos as CEO and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors effective September 30, 2025. Sumit Sharma, the Company’s current CEO, will remain in the role through the effective date to ensure a smooth transition. Since joining MicroVision as CTO in April 2025, DeVos has accelerated the evolution of the Company’s engineering and operations teams toward productization and commercialization of the Company’s innovative technologies.
