Citi analyst Tyler Radke raised the firm’s price target on Microsoft (MSFT) to $613 from $605 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm remains bullish on Microsoft into the fiscal Q4 report, seeing upside to both Q4 and Q1 Azure estimates. Citi’s recent reseller survey was one of the strongest for the company in the past four years.
