Loop Capital analyst Yun Kim raised the firm’s price target on Microsoft (MSFT) to $600 from $550 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm expects solid Q4 results with at least modest upside in its Azure business driven by continued strength in its AI-related workloads and also strong bookings in its commercial and Azure businesses. This positive booking strength should provide some relief against potential disruption in its sales motion in the near-term, the firm says.
