The updated Copilot will draw on information from the Harvard Health Publishing arm to respond to prompts about healthcare-related topics, with Microsoft paying the university a licensing fee, the author says. This move is part of Microsoft’s efforts to move away from dependence on partner OpenAI for AI training models, the author notes.
