Microsoft (MSFT) has spent billions of dollars to get people to use its AI personal assistant Copilot, many still prefer to use Microsoft-backed ChatGPT on the smartphone or Grok, Matt Day of Bloomberg reports. While the Copilot smartphone app has been downloaded 79M times, OpenAI’s app recently surpassed 900M downloads.
