A new massively multiplayer online RPG project from Microsoft’s (MSFT) Zenimax Online Studios, which develops “The Elder Scrolls Online,” has been cancelled as part of broader Xbox layoffs, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reports, citing sources. The cancelled game, codenamed “Blackbird,” had been in the works since 2018, the author notes.
