MGP Ingredients (MGPI) announced the company’s board of directors has appointed Julie Francis as president and CEO of MGP, effective immediately. It is anticipated that Francis will join the MGP board at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. Brandon Gall, who has served as interim president and CEO since January 1, will continue to serve in his role as CFO. She was previously COO at Schwan’s company.
