MGE Energy raises quarterly dividend 5.3% to 45c per share

The board of directors of MGE Energy increased the regular quarterly dividend rate 5.3% to 45c per share on the outstanding shares of the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record Sept. 1, 2024. This raises the annualized dividend rate by 9c from $1.71 per share to $1.80 per share.
