The company said, “For the fiscal 2025 fourth quarter, the company expects net sales to be in a range of $240 to $255 million and pre-tax income (loss) to be in a range of (1) to $3 million. For fiscal 2026, the company reaffirmed its expectation for net sales to be greater than fiscal 2025 and pre-tax income to be positive and notably greater than fiscal 2025. This guidance does not include any impact from the recently announced or implemented U.S. tariffs.”
