Meta Platforms (META) is working on a financing deal for a data center in El Paso, Texas that could total approximately $13B, with Morgan Stanley (MS) and JPMorgan (JPM) leading the process, Bloomberg’s Aaron Weinman, Davide Scigliuzzo, Laura Benitez, and Paula Seligson report, citing people familiar with the matter. The vast majority of the funding is anticipated to be in the form of debt, the remainder made up of equity, the authors say.
