Meta (META) is using PIMCO and Blue Owl Capital (OWL) to lead a $29B financing for its data center expansion in Louisiana, Chandni Shah and Surbhi Misra of Reuters reports, citing a person familiar with the matter. PIMCO will handle approx $26B of the debt while Blue Owl will contribute $3B in equity, the source added.
