Meta is planning to incentivize its executives to grow the company at an aggressive pace with a stock option program where executives would only realize full value if the company hits a market capitalization of over $9T by 2031, a 500% increase from its current valuation, Meghan Bobrowsky of The Wall Street Journal reports, citing new filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The program includes Meta Chief Technology Officer Andrew Bosworth, Chief Product Officer Chris Cox, Chief Operation Officer Javier Olivan, Chief Financial Officer Susan Li, Chief Legal Officer C.J. Mahoney and Vice Chairman Dina Powell McCormick. Meanwhile, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is not part of the program.
