Mahoney, previously a senior legal executive at Microsoft (MSFT) and deputy U.S. Trade Representative during President Trump’s first term, will become Meta‘s (META) chief legal officer, Sara Fischer of Axios reports, citing an internal post seen by the publication. Mahoney replaces Jennifer Newstead.
