Meta has cut equity-based awards for most of its employees for the second year in a row, Hannah Murphy of The Financial Times reports. The company reduced its annual distribution of stock options by 5% for tens of thousands of employees, which follows a 10% cut last year, people familiar with the matter told the Times.
