MediaTek downgraded to Reduce from Hold at HSBC

HSBC analyst Frank Lee downgraded MediaTek to Reduce from Hold with a price target of HK$520, down from HK$530. The analyst says it is getting harder for the company to sustain gross margin given a weaker semiconductor outlook.
