MediaTek and Broadcom (AVGO) are continuing to compete for Meta‘s (META) new application-specific integrated circuit projects, with industry insiders saying that both companies are performing at a comparable level, DigiTimes’ Jay Liu and Charlene Chen report. Liu and Chen write that MediaTek has won Meta’s new 2nm ASIC order and is aiming for mass production in 1H27.
