MDJM announced substantial operational growth at its cultural property, Robin Hill Hotel in Torquay, England. The strong performance reflects the Company’s ongoing strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences through immersive cultural programming and elevated dining offerings. As of June 20, Robin Hill Hotel has received full-year bookings totaling 911 room nights, compared to 227 total room nights booked in all of 2024, representing a 301% increase. The average daily rate , or ADR, has also improved significantly-from GBP 135 to GBP 162, reflecting a 20% increase in average pricing. The Company expects continued growth as the summer peak and holiday seasons approach. Starting in June, Robin Hill Hotel plans to open its dining services to non-resident visitors, including the launch of a signature English afternoon tea experience.
