Guggenheim analyst Gregory Francfort raised the firm’s price target on McDonald’s (MCD) to $310 from $295 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. McDonald’s is posting “reasonably strong” same-store sales growth in the U.S. against a tough backdrop, says the analyst, who expects investors to lean into defensive businesses in an even more challenged top-line backdrop, which could help support shares.
