Mawson Infrastructure (MIGI) stated that during a hearing today, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware dismissed the involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against Mawson, “clearing the way for Mawson to recover fees and damages from the creditors who filed the case.” Kaliste Saloom, the company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, commented, “The involuntary bankruptcy petition caused a significant drop in our stock price on the day the involuntary petition was filed. We expect the dismissal will relieve the downward pressure on our stock price and provide us with greater liquidity. We are looking forward to the Company’s continued growth and providing increased value to our stockholders.”
