Masimo issues statement after court found Apple infringed on patent

Masimo (MASI) issued the following statement in response to the jury verdict announced in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, which confirmed the validity of Masimo Patent No. 10,433,776, found Apple infringed this patent, and awarded Masimo $634 million in damages: “We are pleased by this outcome, and appreciate the time and attention given to our case by the court and the jury.
