After Marvell (MRVL) announced the sale of its Automotive Ethernet business to Infineon (IFNNY) for $2.5B in cash, Rosenblatt analyst Kevin Cassidy said the firm sees this deal “making good sense for both companies” and as one that was done at a “good price.” The analyst keeps a Buy rating and $140 price target on Marvell shares.
