Conmed Corporation (CNMD) announced that Martha Aronson will be stepping down from the company’s board of directors, effective July 7. Aronson is resigning to assume the role of president and CEO at Merit Medical Systems (MMSI). She joined the Conmed board in February 2016 and served in various leadership capacities, including as chair of the board.
