Marriott Vacations (VAC) announced that its board of directors has appointed Matthew Avril as CEO. Avril will continue to serve as a member of the board. Avril joined the company’s board in March 2025 and has served as interim president and CEO since November 2025. The company also announced the appointment of Michael Flaskey as president and COO, effective immediately. Most recently, Flaskey served as CEO and a member of the board of directors of maritime hospitality company Hornblower Group.
