MarketWise board declares special dividend of 20c per share

MarketWise (MKTW) Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of Class A common stock of $0.20 per share on October 30, 2025. A comparable distribution of $0.20 per unit has also been approved to holders of MarketWise units. The Company also announced a special dividend to shareholders of Class A common stock of $0.20 per share. The regular dividend, distribution, and the special dividend will be paid on December 24, 2025. The Record Date is November 14, 2025.
