MarineMax’s SkipperBud’s selected to operate North Point Marina

MarineMax (HZO) announced that SkipperBud’s has been named the operator of North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. SkipperBud’s will oversee day-to-day marina operations, including on-site management and customer service. “SkipperBud’s has a long track record of operating marinas and supporting boating communities across the Midwest and Great Lakes,” said Brett McGill, Chief Executive Officer and President of MarineMax. “This appointment reflects the strength of our operating leadership and our strategic emphasis on expanding higher-margin businesses within our portfolio.”
