Marex Group (MRX) announced that it has agreed to acquire UK equity market maker Winterflood Securities from Close Brothers Group for approximately GBP 103.9M in cash, which represents a premium of GBP 15M. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in early 2026.
