Manitex International announced that, effective June 17, 2024, Shinichi Iimura has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors. Iimura resigned for personal health reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company has appointed Takashi Fukui to the Board of Directors to replace Iimura, effective June 18, 2024.
