Mama’s Creations sees Q2 revenue at least $34M, consensus $33.18M

Mama’s Creations (MAMA) will provide a preview of second quarter financial results given the proximity of the acquisition to the Company’s earnings conference call on September 8, 2025. The Company expects revenue growth of at least 20% to at least $34.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, as compared to $28.4 million in the same year-ago quarter. The Company expects net income of at least $1.2 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, as compared to $1.1 million in the same year-ago quarter.
