In addition to the regular monthly dividends for the second quarter of 2026, the Board of Directors declared a supplemental cash dividend of 30c per share payable in March 2026. This supplemental cash dividend will be paid out of Main Street’s (MAIN) undistributed taxable income as of December 31, 2025.
