Lytus Technologies Holdings PTV announced that on August 17, 2023, it received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the company was not in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for continued listing because the company had not yet filed its Annual Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023. The Notice provided that the company had 60 calendar days from receiving the Notice to submit a plan to regain compliance with NASDAQ’s continued listing requirements. On August 18, 2023, the company filed the Form 20-F, and on August 21, 2023, the company received a second letter from NASDAQ stating that based on the August 18, 2023, filing of the company’s Form 20-F, NASDAQ has determined that the company complies with the Rule. Accordingly, NASDAQ informed the company that it now considers this matter closed.
