Lument Finance Trust raises quarterly dividend to 8c from 7c per share

Lument Finance Trust announced the declaration of a cash dividend of 8c per share of common stock with respect to the second quarter of 2024, which represents a 14% increase over the first quarter of 2024 dividend of 7c per share. The dividend is payable on July 15 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 28.
