Lulu’s Fashion Lounge (LVLU) announced that Tiffany Smith, CFO, is stepping down from her role effective June 30, to attend to personal, family-related matters. The company said this transition is not related to any disagreement regarding the company’s financial reporting, accounting practices, or internal controls. Upon Smith’s departure, Crystal Landsem, CEO, will assume the responsibilities of interim CFO, alongside her responsibilities as CEO, while the board of directors conducts a search for a permanent successor. Smith will continue to serve in an advisory position until the filing of the company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending June 29 to ensure an orderly transition.
