Texas Capital initiated coverage of Lucky Strike (LUCK) with a Buy rating and $14 price target The stock had meaningfully underperformed the market over the past year on investor concerns around both underlying consumer spending headwinds and the company’s recent pivot to negative same-store sales trends, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adds however that the combination of Lucky Strike returning to positive same-store sales in FY26 and the management’s shifting focus toward deleveraging the balance sheet should be increasingly reflected in the company’s valuation over the next 12 months.
