Lucky Strike acquires two water parks, three family entertainment centers

Lucky Strike (LUCK) Entertainment announced the acquisition of two water parks and three family entertainment centers. The water parks are Raging Waters Los Angeles and Wet ‘n Wild Emerald Pointe. The family entertainment centers include Castle Park in Riverside, CA, and Boomers locations in Vista and Palm Springs, CA. The company stated these venues attract over 1.5M annual guests and reinforce its growing presence in the waterpark and family entertainment center formats. CEO Thomas Shannon said the acquisition accelerates the company’s vision to build a leading platform of location-based entertainment destinations.
