Luckin Coffee director Gary Liu resigns

Gary Liu, a director of the Company, has resigned from his positions on the Board for personal reasons. Mr. Guiyi Chen has been appointed as a new director and a member of the Compensation Committee. He is currently a managing director at Centurium Capital Management.
